Customs Lagos Zone A : ACG Festus Okun Takes Over as Aremu Retires

A new Zonal Coordinator for the Nigeria Customs Service in Lagos, ACG Festus Okun, has taken over from ACG Adeyanju Aremu who has just retired.
At a handover ceremony in Lagos, Aremu was full of thanks to the Customs management led by the Col. Hameed Ibrahim Ali (Rtd) for the confidence reposed in her with her posting as the Zonal Coordinator until she retired.
ACG Festus Oyedele Okun, also thanked his predecessor for the enviable standard she has left in Zone ‘A’ .
He wished the outgoing ACG Aremu well in her future endeavours.
Okun was born in Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State, Nigeria. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Sociology from Ondo State University and also obtained Masters in Public Administration from University of Lagos.
He joined the Nigeria Customs in 1989 and has served in various Customs Commands in different capacities such as:Trained ASYCUDA Technical SupervisorArea Project Manager in LilypondArea Project Manager in PTMLDC Revenue in Tincan IslandArea Project Manager Tincan Island CAC PTMLACG Zone C He attended several courses in Nigeria & overseas
