Drug Baron Excretes Heroin in NDLEA Custody
A drug baron, Nwakanma Uche, has excreted 95 pellets of heroine while in the custody of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency.
Uche who is based in Italy was arrested on arriving the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
He was visiting Nigeria to see his parents for the first time after 12 years in Italy according to the NDLEA spokesman, Femi Babafemi.
His arrested followed information that he may have ingested the drugs before boarding the flight.
He was arrested and kept in close watch during which he excreted the illicit drugs.
According to the statement, “Uche was kept under observation and supervision, during which he excreted the 95 pellets of the illicit drug.
“The culprit claimed to see his parents in Nigeria after 12 years in Italy.
“Uche confessed that he would be paid N1.5m after a successful delivery of the drugs in Milan.”
