Customs Intercepts Container Load of Tramadol, Codeine in Lagos Terminal
A container load of tramadol and codeine has been intercepted by the officers of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) in Lagos.
The two hard drugs were found in a 40ft container at a SIFAX Group terminal, according to a Customs source who pleaded anonymity.
The discovery according to source was made following a tip off received by the Customs shortly before a physical examination was billed to commence.
It was not known if the Service made any arrest in respect of the discovery.
