Anti-Banditry: Air Force Helicopter Crash-lands in Katsina

A helicopter belonging to the Nigeria Air Force (NAF) crash-landed in Katsina State this afternoon.
The helicopter according to the Air Force was returning after an anti-banditry operation in one of the areas in the Northwest.
Air Force spokesman, Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola said the incident occurred at the Katsina Airport at about 3.30 pm.
However, he made it clear that no life was lost during the incident.
He said that the Chief of Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar has already set up a Board of Inquiry on the cause of the incident, reports News Agency of Nigeria.
