Transport Ministry Inaugurates Committee on Proposed Ondo, Benin Seaports
A Steering Committee on the proposed Ondo, Benin seaports has been inaugurated.
The inauguration was performed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transportation, Dr Magdalene Ajani on Wednesday in Abuja.
Ajani said that the committee is to provide guidance and direction on the proposed projects.
According to her, the committee is to seek permits, clearance and necessary approval for the projects.
The committee is also to prepare the transaction and make them available to the Minister of Transportation, Alhaji Muazu Sambo, who will forward it to the Federal Executive Council for necessary approval.
