NIMS 2022: NIMASA DG Receives IMO SG, Kitack Lim, in Lagos
The Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), Mr Kitack Lim on Sunday arrived the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos.
Lim is billed to attend Nigeria International Maritime Summit (NIMS) 2022 which begins today and ends on 22nd of November.
The arrival of the IMO SG was disclosed by the Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr Bashir Jamoh via his social media handles.
Jamoh who received the IMO SG on arrival had said “Excited to receive our August guest, His Excellency Kitack Lim, the Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization #IMO at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport this evening.
“We look forward to showcasing Nigeria’s progress to the global maritime community.”
