Cocaine Found in Capesize Bulk Carrier in Rotterdam
Several packages and bag with cocaine, totaling 115 kilos, were found hidden in chain locker of a Capesize bulk carrier GOLDEN CALVUS on Oct 15 at Rotterdam.
The discovery was made by Customs, reports FleetMon online..
The Bulk carrier arrived with cargo of coal at Rotterdam on Oct 15, from Colombia.
Bulk carrier left Rotterdam at around 0000 UTC Oct 17, bound for Amsterdam, understood to offload remaining lot.
No reports of crew detention/involvement, hopefully there was none, reports FleetMon online
