NIMASA Gets FEC Approval to Purhase N17.4 Bn Property as Headquarters
The the Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) Wednesday received the approval of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) to purchase a property in Victoria Island, Lagos, which will serve as its headquarters.
The sum approved was N17.4bn according to the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi who briefed newsmen in Abuja.
Amaechi disclosed that the property is Kanti Towers, located at 35, Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos .
He said that the new headoffice is a 16 story building which has latest technology fittings, a helipad, a parking space with capacity to take over 100 cars.
