Trafficking: Immigration Intercepts Seven Girls on Way to Dubai, Cairo..

Seven girls being trafficked to Dubai, Cairo and Oman have been intercepted by the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
NIS operatives intercepted them Monday as they were being checked into Emirates and Egypt Airline.
It was gathered that the three girls were to fly to Dubai while another four were for Cairo.
Public Relations Officer of NIS, DCI Sunday James, in a statement said the NIS is determined to keep Nigeria safe.
According to the statement, the Comptroller-General of NIS, Muhammad Babandede, was said to have commended Comptroller in charge of the Airport Command of NIS, Usman Abdullahi for a good job.
