NRC MD Denies Gun Attack on Abuja-Kaduna Train
The Nigerian Railways Corporation (NRC) has described as unfounded rumour going round that its train from Kaduna to Abuja was attacked by gunmen.
Managing Director of the NRC, Engr. Fidet Okhiria said media report that its train was attacked Thursday morning was not true.
Okhiria said the operations of the railway were not neither disrupted nor delayed as a result of any attack.
According to him, those who have evidence of such attack should visit the NRC, adding that the train has been operating on schedule.
